Jan/2016 Nicholasville Flip, Before & After!
Here's some details of our most recent Nicholasville, KY house flip! We purchased this property for $135,000 at the Jessamine County Master Commissioners sale. The house had a lot of trash/junk left in it but overall didn't need very much work. We painted the whole house, put new hardwood floors in the living room and hall, added tile to the bath tub to class up the joint and thats about it! Overall the repair costs were around $10,500.00. The property was on the market for 24 days and sold for $166,000. It was worth a bit more than that and we probably could have a got it but we decided to accept that price and move onto the next one! Total Profit: $13,031.74!
