Terms
In accordance with INTENT TO VACATE section of my lease, I must provide Realiant Property Management, as Landlord’s agent, at least (30) thirty days written notice of its intent to terminate the Lease upon the expiration of the Lease term. Any notice provided under this Section does not imply permission on behalf of the Landlord or Realiant Property Managment to vacate the Premises early, unless approved by Landlord or Realiant Property Management. Failure to provide notice of intent to terminate the Lease may require Tenant to be responsible for additional Rent charges, Late Fees and/or damages for any additional costs or expenses incurred by Landlord and/or Realiant Property Management.
I am aware as stated in the SECURITY DEPOSIT section of my lease that Realiant Property Management does not determine what amounts, if any, shall be deducted from the Security Deposit. This determination is made in the sole discretion of Landlord, which decision may be supported by information provided by Realiant Property Management as to the condition of the Property at the time of move-out inspection. The return of deposit, or the written statement confirming the accounting for the use/application of the deposit shall be mailed to tenant within 45 days of the Lease termination to the forwarding address provided to Realiant Property Management by tenant.
I also agree with and acknowledge that any inquiries or disputes with respect to any amounts deducted from the security deposit or the reasoning for the same shall be directed solely to Landlord. Realiant Property Management can help facilitate communication between me and the owner upon request in writing, but the final decision will be the owners.
