Coronavirus (COVID-19)

At Realiant, the health and safety of our residents and team members always comes first. It is this belief that continues to guide our actions as we navigate the quickly evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

Realiant is closely monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and Kentucky and Ohio government entities in real-time to inform operational decisions that safeguard the well-being of our residents and team members, alike.

Office Hours:

At this time, we have closed our offices to the public in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak but our team members are still working normal hours, Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm and Saturday 10 am- 2 pm. *Check with your office location for specific hours.

Rent Payment Information:

Tenants may still drop off rent payments to our rent drop boxes at each office location but we encourage all tenants to use your online account to make online rent payments and work order requests. If you still would like to drop rent payments off to us, no cash will be accepted in the drop box, please use only check or money order and make sure your name and property address is listed on the payment. If you have not used your online account before, please contact our office and we can set up your account.

If you or your employer has been affected by (COVID-19) we do have options in place to work with you on your rent obligations. If your income or employment has been affected please fill out a loss of income / Employment form and have it signed by your employer. Please return the form asap to your office location.

Loss of income / Employment Form

Unemployment benefits are available for those who have lost their employment and we encourage all residents who have lost their job to file for unemployment asap.

Maintenance / Work orders:

Maintenance work orders are still being accepted as normal but with the ever evolving situation we may be forced to limit work orders to emergency work orders only.

Lease signing and renewals:

If your lease is expiring soon you will still need to give us the required 30 day minimum move out notice. If you are signing a new lease or renewal please contact our office and we can send you a lease to sign electronically.

All of our property operations have universal guidance along with specific protocols in place to prepare for a wide range of potential scenarios, including residents who may be diagnosed with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and for those who are self-quarantining. We recognize that this is a time of uncertainty and, now more than ever, it is important to have clear communications in place to ensure that information is shared in an effective and timely manner. To this end, Realiant is committed to providing additional updates as further information is made available.

In the meantime, we will continue to do all that we can to support our residents.
